Returns & Exchanges

Cancellation:

If the items are not shipped, a full refund can be made. Please send an email to moemollyshop@outlook.com with your order number. We will process the order within 48 hours. After agreeing to cancel the order, you will receive a refund within one day.

 

Return & Exchange:

Return Period: All returns/exchanges must be returned within 30 days from the day you received your order.

Return Process:

(1) If you have problems with the items you receive, please send an email to moemollyshop@outlook.com with your order no. and pictures of your item first. We will process the return application within 48 hours and reply to the processing result.

(2) After receiving the response of the processing result, please mark your order no. and "Return" on the package, and let us know the tracking number when you send it out.

(3) We will arrange a reshipment or refund after receiving your returned item(s).

(4) If you cancel your returns request, you can keep your item and please let us know via email.

Note:

(1) Items must be returned in the original box and must include all the original parts or accessories.

(2) Items cannot be returned/refunded for non-quality reasons.

(3) We will not refund the cost of shipping unless the return is a result of an error on our part.

(4) Any digital products including gift cards cannot be returned/refunded.

(5) If you encounter quality issues within the warranty period you will be covered. Every product has a specific warranty period. If it is not stated in the product listing, please contact us via email to moemollyshop@outlook.com

(6) To explain any return application, please contact the official email attached first. Any return or exchange without prior application will not be accepted.

Exchange:

We are unable to offer an exchange service at this time. Should you require exchanging an item, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order with us at your convenience. You will receive your item quicker than in exchange.
